Located in the desirable highlands of Cofresí, it overlooks the Cofresí beach complex and has far-reaching views along the entire north coast. The villa has 7 spacious bedrooms, all with luxury bathrooms (marble countertops), A/C, fans and balconies. Over 45 original works of art, the main room has a mezzanine level with a 16ft x 12ft mural and 3 doors leading to large balconies and hot tub.
The games complex (pool table etc) has an equipped gym (6 pieces) with sea views and a private air-conditioned cinema with projector with our own popcorn machine.
The infinity pool (60000 gallons) has 2 bridged islands and uses all commercial pool accessories. The temperature controlled spa pool on the floor off the main living area has a waterfall that cascades down to the huge main pool and sitting grotto. Less than 10 minutes to the beach and the marine world. Full maid service, pool boy, night security guard and chef included.
